The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) recently received analysis from The Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA) regarding the multiple versions of the Elementary Secondary Education Act currently under consideration by Congress to replace No Child Left Behind. CES thought it would be useful to share this analysis. ESEA, which funds primary and secondary education, has been driving equitable access to education for 50 years. Lawmakers continue to debate the best option to replace the No Child Left Behind Act, the current version of ESEA.
